Challenge
Students who were purchasing the online course plus 1-on-1 virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) were confused on how to contact their tutors for the first time.
Solution
This infographic was designed to provide clear instructions on how to choose a tutor, make a reservation, and practice with their tutor.
Results
This infographic is posted online on the Pronto Spanish website and is also sent in an email to students once they purchase a course so that they know the next steps.

Plan
As learners were having a problem registering for their 1-on-1 virtual Instructor-Led Training (tutoring session), I needed an easy-to-read infographic to better communicate the information.

Design
I sketched an infographic from my written instructions on my website. I took the main points to simplify the steps.

The final result was developed in Canva using brand colors and fonts.
