Challenge
Employees were not using the computer to find their work instructions. Many employees also had limited computer, language, and literacy skills. The original document that was originally created was too detailed and lengthy.
Solution
This infographic was designed to provide clear instructions on how to find their work instructions, with the main concepts in bold.
Results
Following training, this infographic was posted at each work station. The trainers continue to refer to it when employees are not using it to find their work instructions. This infographic is also available in Spanish for the Spanish-speaking employees.
My process

Plan
Employees were struggling to find the work instructions needed to create a part. As computer and literacy skills were limited among the employees, I planned a bilingual Infographic.

Design
I sketched an infographic from the PowerPoint I was given form the SME. I reduced the 8-page document with images to a 1-page infographic.

Develop
The final result was developed in Canva using brand colors and fonts.
